To import these signatures into Outlook 2010

  1. Select your completed new message signature from the left and copy it to the clipboard.
  2. On the Outlook 2010 file tab (top left), select “Options.”
  3. On the dialog box that opens (top left), select “Mail.”
  4. Click “Signatures”; the third button from the top right.
  5. Click New, enter a name for the signature and click OK.
  6. Paste your signature into the empty box on the lower portion of the window.
  7. Click the save button.
  8. For the new messages drop down field (at the top right), select the signature you just saved.
  9. Repeat steps 1—8, substituting reply for new message.
  10. Click OK twice.
